金莲传媒 AWARDED FRENCH ONLINE LICENSE
金莲传媒 France, a subsidiary of 金莲传媒 Group,has been awarded an Online Sports Betting License by the French Online Gaming Regulator, the ARJEL. The duration of the renewable license is 5 years. 金莲传媒 France will focus on opportunities in online sports betting exploiting in particular its cutting edge sports betting solution. The company also aims to submit subsequent requests to the ARJEL for online horse betting and poker licences.
Franceis the second major continental market to regulate the online gaming market following Italy. The 鈥渃ontrolled opening鈥� (ouverture control茅e) of the online gambling market started following the approval by the French National Assembly of a bill introducing a licensing regime that was enacted in May 2010and concerns three different online activities: horse betting, sports betting and poker.
