ANNOUNCEMENT
金莲传媒 announces the sale of the 51% of shares held by its subsidiary, 金莲传媒 Global Holdings BV, in Slovenske Loterie a.s. that operates VLTs in Slovakia for the agreed amount of EUR 1.75 million to a local Slovakian investor, Olbena SRO. The sale price corresponds to a valuation of 12 times the Slovenske Loterie鈥檚 EBITDA for the twelve months period ended 30/9/2017.
